These terms govern your use of the SIFTLOOP website at siftloop.top and any SIFTLOOP application, page or channel that links to them (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
SIFTLOOP curates publicly available short-form video content and publishes it to social media channels. The Service may also connect to third-party platform APIs, including the TikTok API, in order to publish, manage and measure our own content on those platforms.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to break any law or any third-party platform's terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not scrape, resell or systematically copy content obtained through the Service.
3. Content and intellectual property
Clips published by SIFTLOOP are curated from content that is publicly available, and where reasonably possible the original creator is credited. Rights in any third-party clip remain with its owner. If you own a clip and want it credited differently or removed, write to us at the address below and we will act promptly. The SIFTLOOP name, logo, banner and site design belong to SIFTLOOP.
4. Third-party platforms and APIs
The Service interoperates with third-party platforms such as TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, not these. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SIFTLOOP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, revenue or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
